I am almost 40 and have had a breast deformity since childhood. My nipples were flat, puffy, and oval shaped. I am hoping to improve the look of my nipples (without surgery lol ) and I have seen decent results with these. I'm now a 28DD and I started with the size 1. For those who commented that these don't stick, you do have to work with them to get the "knack" of how to use the suction. There is a knack to it! Try placing them on the nipple and pressing the top of the nip like a button. Your goal is to work on getting your entire nipple into the nip and that will take several sessions. Improvement is seen and felt fairly quickly but it will take time to work the entire nipple into the nip. I experienced some pain after my first use and while that was okay for me, if you have concerns you should probably talk to your doctor FIRST... Many folks have said to start slow to avoid blisters. I didn't get blisters but we're all different. My nipples look pronounced when erect now (an improvement). One nipple is still quite oval when not erect but after all, this isn't surgery. When the nipples are erect, the look of the breast is improved for me as well. I still wear the nips for maintenance because, so far, each time I put them on, they create sensitivity. I assume that means there is still "work" to do. I am still using the size 1. I don't normally use lubricant with them but the package mentions that you can. You can find the measurements in the description. Water helps too. I'm sure this would help the nursing mother, but they do sell supple cups for that.
Bottom line is I'm glad I spent the extra money on these instead of some of some other cheap products I saw.

Product very effective.
I have tried 1-2 other products and found that this appears to sustain and has better suction. One other one had similar suction but I like how this feels. The rubber isn't hard and you can adjust the amount of suction respective to how much you squeeze and re-squeeze the cupping. After some use I've found that the nipples are actually staying more extended versus being recessed into the breast. I've been using it for a few weeks perhaps keeping them on for several hours every few days. This was recommended to me by a friend and based on their usage which is more extensive then mine, they've informed me it is quite a noticeable difference. Make sure you lube the nipples and the surrounding area where the bottom of the cup will be making contact. You don't need to lube the interior of the cup but maybe just the bottom area. After use you may need to clean the cupping of any liquids and lubricant that has collected internally. Side note, my nipples were already sensitive but the use of this does heighten the sensitivity. However, I think I am realizing it doesn't intensify the whole nipple after it is enlarged but more so the tip portion. This may vary from person to person.
